Cable companies struggling with free content on the Internet are trying whatever they can to try and make some money off of it.
They tried that whole tiered bandwidth pricing thing, which kind of blew up locally, for the time being.
Comcast now is trying a new plan: It will make shows from TBS and TNT accessible online to its TV service subscribers at Comcast.net and Fancast.com. Soon the programming will be available on TNT.tv and TBS.com as well.
